Nancy McElroy, ChFC®

Nancy began her career as a Financial Advisor with Merrill Lynch in St. Louis, where she developed her fundamental investment knowledge. She joined Morgan Stanley in 2002, then Wells Fargo Advisors in 2009 to take a team approach to providing personalized financial advice for individuals and families.
Growing up with her father in the military, Nancy learned to enjoy exploring new places and meeting new people. While earning her bachelor’s degree at the University of Missouri, she wrote for a local newspaper covering sports and was able to sit in the press box for the 1985 World Series in St. Louis. After earning her degree in Finance, she settled in Kansas City and 30 years later still loves all the city has to offer.

Nancy provides comprehensive investment planning as a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®). If a working relationship is developed, she can work with you to help pursue your goals. For three decades Nancy has helped clients address their financial concerns and develop strategies by focusing on each individual’s specific needs. With extensive experience throughout major shifts in the markets, Nancy has dedicated her career to delivering the personalized investment planning services her clients deserve.

Nancy spends her free time with her friends and family, and loves taking her grandchildren and her yellow lab, Macie, camping. She likes to stay active both physically and mentally, whether it’s hiking at the park or taking regular trips to the Nelson Art Museum. Nancy especially enjoys hiking, kayaking, and biking, and she successfully completed her first half marathon in 2013.
Rachel Howe, CRPC®

With over a decade of experience in insurance, banking, education, and financial services, Rachel is dedicated to helping our clients as they work to meet their financial goals.

After graduating with a degree in Elementary Education, she spent several years in the classroom as a 3rd and 5th grade teacher. Rachel began her career in finance working at a community bank in Tampa, Florida where she developed her fundamental financial knowledge. After moving back home to Kansas City, she joined US Bank and continued to expand her knowledge of the financial industry.

Rachel combined her love for education and finance by joining a large investment firm in the Kansas City area as a financial advisor where she was able to educate, advise, and manage her client households on their investment and retirement matters. There she obtained her Series 7, Series 66, held with LPL Financial, and Life and Health Insurance licenses. She holds the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor, CRPC®, designation through the College for Financial Planning.
Rachel spends most of her free time with her husband and three children. They enjoy the outdoors and visiting the mountains when possible. In the summers, weekends are often spent boating and fishing with family at Truman Lake.
